Would you like to go further than a nod and a song from the police? How far are you willing to put yourself on the line? Before you go any further, do you have convictions regarding taking the matter into your own hands? And you have to think of the resources. Are you ready to purchase the ordnance to take the scums out? If so, here is a hypothetical situation for you to comtemplate! Gear: First a basic rundown of what you will need to achieve an end without time served... Nothing mentioned here is illegal, except for the subject!!! (1) Patience - Do your homework. Only target the scumbags and not anyone else. Never target young children, it's not their fault where they live. This is not a street job kidnapping or driveby shooting, leave that to those that don't care who they hit. Remember, slip in and slip out... You'll learn how. (2) Weapons - You will need a good automatic handgun. Find one that feels right in your hand, weight and size wise. A 9mm is more common and has less recoil for re-targeting. Remember, this will take place INSIDE the scums place of residence so you need something that is maneuverable. Also a light SSAMG will be good in case you get caught in a firefight (what, didn't think you could be shot at? Think again..) No brands will be mentioned because it's bad business, but have you ever heard of the aircraft DC-9? Do a Net search on the term and see where you go.. Get dual mags for both weapons as a rule. Silencers are illegal, remember that! Just check it out and see what you learn! Get a a few good knives also, one on a chain for behind your neck and one on your belt... (3) Night Vision - This is NOT illegal to own and the goggle-style will set you back some bucks but well worth it, free's up your hands for other business. Don't get the El Cheapo stuff such as the monocle-style. You need both hands for re-targeting, trust me... (4) Kevlar - If you don't know what this is do your homework. You'll need full body kevlar for any nasty plinks coming your way in case you screw up! Just don't go overboard with the metal plates under you armor like those nuts in L.A. did... This should go under your spandex bodysuit, nylon makes too much noise as does leather. Never know if you will walk into a partially opened door! (5) Practice - go out to the range and work on your accuracy with both guns, and buy the type of rounds matched for the guns, not the cheap stuff for target practice. When the time comes you WILL notice a difference in the reaction of the weapons. At home do what's called dry-firing... Be absolutely POSITIVE that the weapons are UNLOADED and go through the stances of firing. If your home alone time yourself going from room to room looking for the imaginary scumbags, this will help in shooting on the move. When you have all your equipment send the wife and kids out for a movie some nite and go through the sequence with the lights off. I know, you already know your own home, blah, blah....
